Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an off-site follow-up survey conducted on January 21, 2022, Abramson Hospice has corrected the deficiencies cited under 42 CFR, Part 418, Subparts A, C, and D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a state re-licensure survey completed October 18, 2021.
